Lauren joined Resolute Investments in 2021, bringing almost 20 years of experience and a diverse background in real estate and property management. Prior to Resolute, Lauren worked with multifamily, single family residential, short term vacation rentals, and commercial office assets in both a management and an ownership capacity. Starting in 2002, Lauren has effectively managed all aspects of commercial and residential real estate – including acquisition, renovation, tenant leasing and retention, sales, vendor management and has a robust understanding of managing budgets, expenses, and capital projects.

Today, Lauren oversees and directs all property and asset management activities related to the Resolute commercial portfolio. She is responsible for the overall successful operations of all assets and assists the senior management team, working to strategize short-range and long-range organizational goals. She is a firm believer in Resolute’s mission statement which is to “create places that enhance the human experience.” She enjoys a challenge, collaborating with others, and any opportunity to learn something new.

In her spare time, Lauren loves to play tennis, watch her kids play sports, and spend time with her husband and super smart dog.
