James O’Malley is the Vice President of Brokerage and has worked at Resolute since its inception. He has over 20 years of proven success in corporate sales, account management, new business, marketing and is focused on effective communication. Prior to joining Resolute Investments, James served with Wells Fargo Bank and then American Guaranty Mortgage as Senior Mortgage Banker where his responsibilities included all phases of sales and marketing. He produced exceptional, measurable results and was a consistent leader in account management. Earlier in his career, he served as District Manager with New Horizons Marketing Group and at Janus Funds working with new investor sales.
James believes in taking a measured approach to communications where the integration doesn’t end with marketing activities, but rather begins with a review of actual company practice. James recognizes that real estate is one industry that will never go away. He believes that in today’s marketplace, an organization cannot rely on research as traditionally practiced. His focus is to develop marketing intelligence and a sound strategy for each project, enabling the collection, analysis and updating of core data that plays a key role in identifying sustainable competitive advantages.
He attended the University of Northern Colorado where he studied Criminal Justice and Economics and is an active member in Vistage an executive coaching organization. James is a sports enthusiast and loves the outdoors. Active in scuba diving, camping, skiing, fishing, basketball, tennis and running, his favorite activity is to just relax with his wife, three young children and good friends that make life so much more fun.
