The new facility will be located next door to Rocky Mountain Harley Davidson on County Line Road and Santa Fe Drive. The site benefits from great visibility from C-470 and Santa Fe Drive along with easy access from major roads like Santa Fe Drive, County Line Road and C-470. Each unit will be climate controlled with unit sizes ranging from 5×5 up to 10×25 feet. “The Self-Storage market in Denver is underserved.
