Resolute Investments, Inc. broke ground on September 17th on Phase II of the Long’s Peak Business Center off highway 52 and I-25 in the City of Dacono, CO. The building sits in the heart of the master planned 84-acre Silver Peaks Business Park. The completed building will be a single story industrial flex building totaling 37,580 square feet. The 5.7 acre site was purchased by Resolute Investments in 2006 and, at completion, Buildings A and B will total 79,893 square feet. Building A was built in 2007, is 100% leased and sits facing east. The new building A will face west with beautiful views of the front range. It will provide tremendous opportunities to new tenants with building signage that will be highly visible to the 83,213+ cars that pass by the building along I-25 each day. The buildings sit halfway between Downtown Denver and Fort Collins with great access from the south off the Erie/Dacono Exit 232, and then to the north at Exit 235 at Highway 52. Building A will feature 18 foot ceilings, 12×14 foot roll up doors, a dock high onsite and presents each tenant the opportunity to customize their suite to fit their exact specifications. Building A will be delivered to the market in March of 2018 and is 19% pre-leased.
